We built one of the world's leading Google Cloud premier partner companies, listed on the Gartner Magic Quadrant. After the acquisition by a leading publicly listed company and successful integration, we exited.
We had options. Advisory roles. Board seats. Golf. But we saw something that wouldn't let us rest.
AI is the most consequential technology since fire and electricity. And we cannot guide its development and adoption responsibly with today's broken work culture.

Our inspiration comes from the Portuguese word "sossegado" meaning quiet. Later adopted in Goa as Susegad (su-say-gaad) — the Goan art of contentment and fulfilled living.
Susegad captures the essence of a peaceful and unhurried approach to living. Working intensely in a state of flow, then resting without guilt. This is our approach to human flourishing in the Intelligence Age.
It's not laziness. It's rhythm. The kind that produces the best work. The kind industrial-age management forgot.
Our logo represents this unhurried pace and harmony. The spiral lines symbolize nature's rhythm and flow. The sky and birds symbolize freedom — a place where humans soar beyond limits. The open box overflowing with elements symbolizes autonomy and limitlessness.
