The Brand

Our inspiration comes from a Portuguese word “Sossegado” which means “quiet”. Later adopted in Goa as Susegad (su-say-gaad) - the Goan art of contentment and fulfilled living. Susegad captures the essence of a peaceful and unhurried approach to living. This is our approach to human flourishing in this Intelligence Age.

At Suzega we embrace freedom to create without hierarchies, work at natural pace and mastery - to strive in this Intelligence age rather than following the traditional practice of command & control, treating humans as resources and causing burnout.
