What you’d do
- Design and ship AI systems that do real work, not demos
- Turn models into APIs other systems can rely on
- Own quality and accuracy of the data feeding them
- Keep models healthy in production — drift, evals, regressions
- Work with Data Engineers on the pipelines underneath
What we’re looking for
- Production AI/ML systems you have personally kept alive
- Deep Python, and real fluency in the current agent tooling
- Judgment about when a model is the wrong answer
- An instinct for the human on the other side of the output
