Build and ship production-ready AI-powered applications as an AI Engineer. Ideal for someone with strong software engineering fundamentals, hands-on AI/ML experience, and a passion for human-centric AI systems.

What you’d do

  • Build and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models and generative AI technologies
  • Develop and integrate AI solutions using APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI, and other AI platforms
  • Implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems with vector databases and embedding models
  • Design and build prompt engineering frameworks and optimization pipelines
  • Develop data pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and inference of machine learning models
  • Build and maintain MLOps infrastructure for model deployment, monitoring, and versioning
  • Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications and systems
  • Optimize model performance, latency, and cost efficiency in production environments
  • Implement evaluation frameworks and monitoring systems for AI model quality and behavior
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, architects, and product managers
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical knowledge sharing

What we’re looking for

  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers)
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock)
  • Experience building applications with modern frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django, Node.js)
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques and LLM optimization strategies
  • Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS) and embedding models
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI services
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD practices
  • Experience with data processing and manipulation (Pandas, NumPy, SQL)
  • Understanding of model deployment and serving frameworks
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
