Make complex AI interactions feel obvious. This is the hardest interface problem of the decade and it is mostly unsolved.
What you’d do
- Research enterprise pain points and turn them into product requirements
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and flows that make AI legible
- Work directly with AI engineers on what the system can honestly promise
- Define and track success metrics, then iterate on what they say
- Balance business goals, technical limits, and what users actually need
- Facilitate design thinking workshops with stakeholders
What we’re looking for
- 8–10 years of UX design, with real product depth
- Opinions about designing for systems that are probabilistic
- The ability to hold business, engineering, and user needs at once
