Start real conversations with leaders facing the AI mandate — by being useful first, not by pitching.
What you’d do
- Initiate meaningful conversations with technology and business leaders facing the triple mandate of delivering business value, managing risk, and maintaining competitive advantage with AI
- Track press releases, industry news, and LinkedIn updates to identify and flag accounts with strong signals where we can help
- Share relevant content and podcasts from The Next Prompt, case studies, and research that addresses prospect pain points before asking for anything
- Identify and engage potential clients through strategic outbound efforts like cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Pre-qualify leads through initial conversations, then conduct deeper discovery session with decision-makers to assess fit, challenges, and readiness
- Articulate what makes Suzega unique—our 6-week innovation cycles delivered by expert PODs, our bespoke approach, and how we keep humans at the center of AI transformation
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), with meticulous tracking and forecasting
- Maintain warm relationships with prospects who aren't yet ready through check-ins and nurture campaigns
- Stay ahead of AI trends, emerging use cases, and competitive landscape
What we’re looking for
- Experience in B2B sales building trusted relationships that drive meaningful business growth
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear business value for diverse audiences
- Experience applying consultative and solution-based selling methodologies, particularly insight-led approaches like Challenger Sales
- Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools
- Confident prospecting from scratch through cold calling, email, and social channels
- Focused on building trust and long-term partnerships, not just transactional deals
